The purpose of the Washington State Hospital Association (WSHA) is to provide advocacy for, and service to, its members.

The Washington State Hospital Association takes a major leadership role in issues that affect delivery, quality, accessibility, affordability and continuity of health care. It accepts and shares the responsibility for improving the health status of the citizens of Washington state. WSHA works with others in identifying and responding to critical health care issues.

The Health Care Executive Assistants, a membership association of the American Hospital Association, is a not-for-profit health care organization dedicated to executive assistants, administrative assistants, and other professionals reporting to health care management. HCEA is the largest professional membership organization committed exclusively to health care executive assistants.

The National Association of Executive Secretaries and Administrative Assistants is dedicated to promoting the professional stature of the administrative profession.
